CoachTech SLAP Plan Eligibility Criteria & Selection: 
Plan eligibility is determined from the client's latest audited financial statements. Clients may voluntarily subscribe to a higher CoachTech SLAP plan to access additional coaching, technology implementations, automation capabilities, and business transformation services. CoachTech reserves the right to reclassify clients to the appropriate minimum revenue-based plan where applicable. Any resulting fee differential shall be payable by the client.
